The master bedroom has a king bed with a new mattress, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the lanai sitting area. The lanai also opens up into the living room area and it is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable new mattress. Each bedroom has its own TV, as well as a large TV in the living room area. There is a spacious laundry room in the unit with a washer and dryer. The dining table seats 4 comfortably, and there is a breakfast bar with two additional seats. The kitchen is outfitted with all the tools needed to cook at home and plenty of counter space.

The complex has a community pool that guests have access to, and beach towels are provided for our guests to use at the beach and pool. There is a private parking space, and additional guest parking that is first come first serve.
